Where is Tracy Island?
Somewhere in the South Pacific; the coordinates are secret.
For our RP: It’s in the South Fiji Basin. The Basin is a V shaped triangle, with New Zealand at the bottom, or south end. It is approximately 800 miles (that’s approximately 1600 kilometers), north to south, although it is longer along the east side. The top of the V, along the north, is about the same distance.
Along the west side of the triangle is the Norfolk Ridge, running northwest, with Norfolk Island about midway up that side. There it bends more north to Noumea, The Loyalty Ridge and the New Hebrides Trench enter the basin from the northwest and Melanesia is to the east of it, running from northwest to southeast. The Hunter Island Ridge runs along the top of the triangle, running ENE up to Fiji and Suva. Northeast of that are the islands of Samoa.
East of Fiji is the Koro Sea, the Sough Fiji Ridge and the Lau Trough. Then there is the Tonga Ridge, east of which is Tonga. The Tonga Ridge runs southwest and meets up with the Kermadec Ridge (and the Kermadec Islands, which meets up with New Zealand again.)
But the coordinates are still secret.

Where is the Lab?
The lab's placement in the show is confusing. In “City of Fire” and other shows, it seems to be in a windowless environment, while in “Edge of Impact”, Brains is shown to have a windowed workspace, though it may not actually be the lab. Graham Bleathman contradicts himself at least once: in his cross-sections of the entire island complex, he puts the lab squarely below ground, but in his cross-section of the Villa (done much later) the lab is on the upper floor, over the games room and across from the bedrooms.
We've gone with his first inclination and have decreed that the lab is underground where he first put it... for safety's sake.

Where is the sick room?
The sick room, though shown in “City of Fire”, was never placed in any of Graham Bleathman's cross-sections. There is some indication that it is near the lab, but its true placement is never revealed.
For our RP, we took the Bleathman cross-section of the Tracy villa and made it more expansive, giving the residents suites with built-in bathrooms (he had all the bathrooms downstairs!). And we placed the sickroom (as well as many other amenities) inside. It is located on the lower floor at the back of the house.

Where is the study everyone's talking about?
There's a room off the lounge, spacious enough for Brains to work on Braman in, full of bookshelves and with a grillwork door to separate it from the lounge (where all the action takes place). This was designated by Graham Bleathman as “the study” in his cross-section of the Villa.
We decided to keep it as such.

How do the recruits get to the lounge from the Cliff House?
It might seem the long way around, but it was the only way we could think of doing it. They take a high-speed, dedicated branch of the monorail from the hangar side of the Cliff House to an elevator that brings them to the lower floor of the Villa. Then they have to run around to the stairs or lift near the study and the lounge.
