I think a bit of background about the World Government would be a good idea, if we're going to weave it into the RP. And I have a couple of questions that might be answered from canon information about it.

1. Was the World Government in place when Jeff was in the Air Force, or when he first went to the moon?

2. If not, when did the World Government first appear?
