Perhaps a branch of Tracy Construction could be a global team working to convert industry in general to greener energy. Like, if Tracy Construction developed the most efficient renewable energy converter technology, and now other companies want to be able to use it, too, for the PR and the money they would save on electricity. It could be a big pioneering thing. The other companies can have the technology so long as Tracy Construction installs and maintains it (a nice money-spinner).

Just a thought off the top of my head. Construction could also be doing extensive work to further earthquake-proof buildings in susceptible areas.

As a philanthropist of the highest order, I think Jeff would invest a lot of money in the environment as well as in space-travel. And through things like construction improving earthquake-proofing, he's secretly do work for IR in the sense that he will be protecting lives through prevention, as well as through his rescue organization when disaster strikes.

Man, I just had the thought that there may be some of Jeff's compatriots that would try to get him to enter into government. I can only imagine the volume of Jeff's "NO!"
